Well after a quick "walk in" at Walk On I was able to get a cancellation booking to help me with my ailments. The next day I was seen by a medical specialist for what I would say is by far one of the best experiences I have had. Kudos to the team at Walk On for their professionalism, expertise and compassion. Sarah was very welcoming, highly skilled, and made the whole procedure pain free. I just wish I had seen her earlier. Again thank you so much Sarah.
Dr Sarah is an awesome podiatrist. Feet are well taken care of and feel like your in great hands. Highly recommend coming here.
Adam has been very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help me book my appointments in advance for ongoing therapy. The reception staff are also very nice and friendly.
I could not recommend Adam any higher. My daughter sees Adam for her in turn of her feet and he’s always been amazing, helpful and very honest so we’re not spending money on unnecessary things she doesn’t need. At our last appointment for my daughter, I spoke to Adam about my partner who currently is off work due to injuries on his tendons on his ankle and needed cortisone injections. The wait was unbelievably long for the other place he was booked in to and he needed something sooner. Adam went above and beyond, looked into appointments for my partner with his colleagues, during my daughters appointment, and when he couldn’t find anything available sooner he referred us to a place that could fit him in quick. 2 days later, after 6 weeks of waiting, with another month of waiting that would have been ahead of us, my partner got his cortisone injections done and his ankle is now healing and he’s started back at work. This meant the world to us, my partner was not even the person we were paying Adam to assist and he still went to that effort to help us out. Adam, you are such a great person and amazing at your job, we will never go elsewhere. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help us through this difficult time.
I haven’t been to a podiatrist since I was in my early teens and my grandparents recommended I visit Sarah at WalkOnPodiatry. I was not disappointed. She is by far, the most bubbly, kind and lovely treating clinician I’ve ever come across. She made me feel so comfortable. 30 minutes flew by so quickly. I was in so much pain prior to the appointment and lacked confidence when showing my feet. I was amazed when afterwards there wasn’t any pain, my feet were smooth, looked great and throughout the entire process I felt so comfortable, it was such a nice conversation especially after such a long period of isolation during COVID. We are truly lucky to have a lovely podiatrist in the family and I will be returning for as long as I can. I will also be telling my dancer friends about you. Thank you for showing so much passion and investing time into helping people. Your energy, warmth and personality shines. You’re awesome, Sarah!
Super friendly and professional staff make every visit a pleasure! I have been treated by Mel for two seperate issues now and cannot rave about her more - she's highly knowledgable and super easy to talk to. She LISTENS and adapts my treatment to meet my safety needs but also my emotional need to get back to my former abilities and fitness level. Walk on Podiatry also stock a great range of shoes. Highly recommend!!!
Having never been to a podiatrist I was a bit nervous and not sure what to expect. I was so impressed from walking in the door to the lovely helpful reception to the amazing Sarah who is super professional & really knows her stuff! She really took her time to work out my issues/needs, whilst making sure I understood everything-she is just so lovely! Definitely recommend to go here! Thanks so much guys
Could not be happier with the treatment that I received at this practice. Anyone that I came into contact with reception and practitioner were completely professional and friendly. Mel, my practitioner was so thorough in my treatment, ensuring that I had achievable and relevant exercises and supported me by sending me videos of how to do them in case I got home and forgot. She really listened to all the information that I gave her on my condition and tailored an action plan to my specific needs.
All staff were very helpful. Sarah was amazing with my 10yo son - explaining his issues easy and clearly for us both to understand.
Melissa Ward was my podiatrist i seen when i went. She has a great personality that made her SO easy to talk to, but at the same time she made sure i fully understood what she was telling me was wrong. I would highly recommend this company.
