Appointment was at 3.50pm, didn't go in to see the doctor until 4.53pm. Actually had to go to reception a second time to remind them I was there & still waiting. Receptionist just, I don't know, aren't aware of what's going on around them? People going in yet 1 patient just sitting there time after time, wouldn't you put 2 & 2 together? Doctor apologies for being late yet during my wait time I genuinely don't think I saw her come out more than once to grab another patient. Genuinely hate this place. Got a prescription for astma medication, was done it 2 minutes
They Charge people for masks , then don’t understand why your frustrated . Very passive aggressive manager Never will i ever be back to this horrible practice They lie and put a sign up after I left saying money goes to charity, I’m sorry but when you have a person not happy to pay for a mask Like who carry’s a mask around these days! i was staring at the person at desk for an explanation and reception person says nothing like maybe explain it to them!! So I could understand ! Then i may not of been so annoyed !!! Receptionists all stood up and started yelling at me Rude manager couldn’t care less wouldn’t know how to run a successful buisness and that’s clear when you compare there reviews to other medical clinics in pakenham. Not everyone can be difficult . Never gave me an option told me it was 50cents and that was that Then watched them hand masks out to others How unfair If you stil wish for people to wear masks .. supply them!!! Rude horrible people
Love the doctors at the clinic can’t fault them. Although there is one particular receptionist that is just nasty,rude and no empathy. What a let down to the clinic .How do they pass creditation with a person like that.
I dont think even 1 star would cut it, I took my son in as a walk in due to having a rash,the doctor told me it was hand foot and mouth as I mentioned it, as he goes to childcare. The doctor told me it was therefore hand foot and mouth but I knew it wasn't as he is on other medication, so I got another opinion and it turn out he is allergic to penicillin. As if I didn't take to get a second opinion it could have turned out alot worse.
I've been seeing Dr. Siva for a few years now at this clinic. I cannot stress enough how thorough he is with every medical situation i have been presented to him with. My son as well as my wife have been seeing him from time to time as well. He never rushes and take adequate time to carefully listen and diagnose. Always follow through and refer to specialists, where necessary. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and his subject knowledge. My family and myself are really happy to have found Dr.Siva. Big thank you to all supporting staff at the clinic too! its a very busy practice, trying to cater to a growing community. You all are doing a fabulous job under very difficult circumstances. Thank you!
Have been trying to speak someone in relation my partners Medical record request, have been advised 3 times that the manager will return my calls and Still nothing, not even a response Via Fax from the clinic who requested them , We are trying to get another GP to continue care as we have moved to brisbane and cannot do this without records we requested, then when i call the Manager she tells me basically to bad she cant get into why she cant help after 4 Months but she will have a look another time. Mind you no sorry no nothing that they are not able to have enough staff to do the work . Absolutely the worst conversation i have ever had with a clinic in 9 Years. To be told yeah to busy for all that was appalling.
Want to say I am disgusted at Pakenham Super Clinic. I took my daughter to our Doctor tonight and we were given a referral for a ECG. I looked and saw Pakenham Super Clinic Pathology were open until 6pm, at this stage it was 5:15pm. I drove the 2 minutes to the Super Clinic to get the test done and when I walked in the receptionist told me that the nurse had gone home. I mentioned it was 5:18pm and he then said I need a referral and I said I had one to which he replied I needed a referral from their doctor and they had no appointments and to go elsewhere. How disgusting is your service or lack of. I have no idea how you are still operational.

Beware of receptionist talking to you on the phone, who knowingly and willing blames untrained staff for mistakes Then, knowing the public are not allowed to be rude or show distain towards her, will raise her voice at you and cut you off when you try to ask a question. When you say excuse me, she hangs up on you. This same receptionist when confronted face to face will approach her senior staff member and in front of you and other patients will LIE and blame you for her unprofessional manner. As management is unwilling to handle this situation appropriately, I have to write it here. Where is the professional and caring staff members who use to work here. These new people have no idea nor do they care
No GP ever looked after me as much as Dr Devadass did at this clinic in the last 2 years. He never miss anything, well organised, watch out for every little detail and risk factors. He's very professional and a wonderful man. I'm forever grateful and feel lucky for having a doctor who actually helps and improves my condition - instead of just checking... I just wanted to say: Thank you Dr Devadass.
