To be honest the thought of eye surgery can be a frightening experience. Having said that I found my experience at Pakenham Eye Clinic a very positive experience. Dr Jennifer Tan & her team present you with both a professional & friendly atmosphere. Once you have been assessed Dr Tan takes the time to talk you through all your options & is open to any question you may have for her, giving you both time & confidence to make your next decision. I highly recommend Pakenham Eye Clinic.
I saw Dr Tan recently and found her professional manner refreshing as I have been to other specialists where they didn't give you much of their time and want you out the door as soon as possible. Dr Tan explained everything in plain terms and answered all my questions which put me at ease. And she was on time. I would highly recommend her!
Dr Tan works with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Her caring and empathic nature is very reassuring and calming. Her staff is competent and very helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

Very professional and reliable doctor. Dr Tan has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything. I'd highly recommend Dr Tan to anyone! Excellent service... definitely the best eye clinic in Melbourne!
Beware. After being prescribed drops, my eyes swelled up and the white of eye became bright red. I rang clinic to see if this was normal and they said stay on drops and i would be charged for appointment if i went back. So i stayed on drops and had a massive reaction so rang clinic and all they wanted to say , was they have to charge me for any consult. My whole face swelled up , eyes were closed and vomiting. So after no help from them i was taken to hospital for the night, then next day doctor sent me to eye and ear hospital. All this clinic is worried about is money.
