Beautiful new upmarket houses in a safe neighborhood. It's the jewel in the Mulgrave crown. There is a park for kids to play with plenty of grass. The roads are safe and well lit at night. Then there's the stadium, it's iconic to say the least. Perfect for that morning jog or walk

This precinct is now a high density residential area surrounding the former football arena. I attended the restaurant that's under the grandstand, the rear of which overlooks the arena, and is a pleasant view.

I'm terrified of the dentist and had a tooth pulled from a dentist close to me (all I can say butcher) so when I range the clinic I went to hang up🙂the gentlemen on the other end was so good he kept me talking, he was so professional and helpful I made an appointment I'm so glad I did It's not about getting you in and out and charging you a fortune They communicate, and explain your overall health and care Thankyou 😘 for the first time I feel at ease and looking forward to rebuilding the health of my teeth

A great running track around the oval, be it walking, jogging or even on motorised scooters. The oval is excellent. Fully AFL specked up. Hawks often train here, and whilst they don't publish their training times, you may often see one or two familiar faces. Playing kick to kick on this oval is just brilliant.
