Manager extremely rude and shouted at us (customers) for an error regarding Seniors discount. We stated it was not our error but staff's. He said we could take our business elsewhere. We have frequented this cafe at least once a week, often more, for four to five years. We made the manager aware of this and he continued to shout about the error. His deputy joined the diatribe. We suggested that it is not good customer service to shout at good customers about staffing errors.  We also suggested some customer service training would not go astray. We would suggest you do not frequent this cafe if you do not wish to be spoken to harshly and loudly about staff errors.

The coffee is awful, and not helped by the fact that it's served at boiling point.
