The owners here are fantastic offering customer service seldom seen these days. Our room was very comfortable full of period charm. We actually cancelled follow on bookings at Wrest Point Hobart and others to extend our stay with these lovely people. Comfort charm and a great breakfast. Cogratulations Waratah on York.

Areca Boutique hotel is at the rear & a wonderful place to stay with super views from the rooms & a fantastic breakfast. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

Great room and nice breakfast. Need to get the rest of the house in order so the experience it more enjoyable

We stayed here one night but wish we had have stayed longer. The service was friendly and the breakfast was great but probably the best thing of all was the amazing comfortable bed. It was honestly like sleeping on a cloud with enough support to ensure you woke feeling great! The price of the room was also the cheapest place we stayed we while we were in Tassie and to be honest I cannot understand why it was so inexpensive I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel and would normally assume to pay more for the experience.
