Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location. Coles and Kmart are just opposite the road. 10 minutes walk to the city centre via City Park where the Japanese monkeys are. Our apt was upstairs. We were happy with the rooms. The only downside was that our apt was close to the road so it was a bit noisy at night.

Beautiful little spot, close to the City Park - great if you have children, take them down to see the monkeys. Only across the road from Coles and Kmart. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean, decent size shower too. Access to a shared courtyard with bbq available. Staff were friendly and rooms serviced daily. Only noticeable negative would be when you have noisy quests above you - one night we did. But other than that a great place to stay with kids.

Very good location , great room, parking on site. It all made for a very good one-night stay. Will come back if in Launceston again.

Nice enough rooms, not very sound isolated as in you can hear people walking around upstairs and doing things next door easily enough. Upon a more recent stay, cleanliness was to be desired. The fridge was off with a towl in front on the floor. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean, and a cock roach was chilling by the tub. Upon reporting said roach to the owners they said they sometimes just fly in the windows....

Right in the heart of Launceston- very quiet, very clean, every facility that one would need and most importantly, excellent customer service. Right across from a late-night Coles, 24 hours Kmart and a bottle shop.. what else would a traveller want? Highly recommended if you are after best possible value for money..
