There was one basket and what I thought was a two wheeler and I was so happy as I only wanted a few things and those baskets can get really heavy when you’re 81 years old.nGot to the the checkout after 20 mins.shop and this little Asian lady came screaming up to me shouting at me grabbing my basket and dumping it on the floor….. hadn’t a clue what she was on about till the lady in front of me told me I wasn’t supposed to take the wheeler. If she’d waited a few minutes I’d returned it without the drama. I don’t come to your shop to get humiliated please show some respect, New World could show you a thing or two.
The staff try to be very helpful. They also keep the place mostly free of those stock- filling trollies.
Out of date, very run down building, some TLC needs to be put back in. Staff are nice enough. I prefer supermarkets with self checkouts so I don't often visit this store due to there being none.
Rude staff, especially the women who deals with online orders. There are one or two really good staff there that pretty much carry the bulk of the load and customer service friendliness for the whole branch. You always see them running around trying to fill in the gaps for customers, but let's be honest, one or two cannot be in every place all of the time. The rest of the staff need some good old fashioned customer service training or a back office job if they hate their customer facing jobs so much.
Not a bad supermarket never really that busy
