Have been using Wais for many years now, unfortunately i am writing this to warn others to check your pricing if ordering direct from them, ask the cost before you hang up, they have menus at the shop, last two times they have added about $6 to the order, this time i knew how much it was going to be, our numbers didnt match, when i asked them to tell me the cost of each dish he appologised and immediately ammended the cost, accident perhaps, but twice running? In saying this the food is consistantly good we will continue to order our chinese food from here

Absolutely the worse Chinese I have ever had.  Food was not fresh.  We got wontons which were made with some type of horrible sausage pattie.  Chicken satay sticks which were tough and horrible.. special fried rice which smelt old and cheap and nasty ingredients.  Omlet which was average and schezwan chicken which tasted like sauce out of a jar. My partner and I threw it in the rubbish where it belongs then I was on the toilet all night.  DO NOT buy there food I’m surprised they are in business!

- placed an order because they had listed their store in our catchment, however they were about 30 mins away. 
- attempt to call me from a personal number after i had placed my order ONLINE, called me twice and then texted telling me that I should call them when i arrived so that they could bring the food out to me.
- we called to cancel the order when we googled the address, we were told they already had started cooking the food and would not do so.
- my card had already been charged.
- drove half an hour, arrived at a shopping centre, called to tell them I was there, they then told me to ‘come here’.
- they then insisted that I come to the back of the Domino’s building, we drove around for a while looking for the building.
- we parked outside of what looked like the back door, a young boy with a phone in his hand was standing there but did not approach us and walked off.
- we drove around looking for the Domino’s building, we found it and parked outside the back, we then texted the personal number and no one replied.
- we then called and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and told us to go back to where we had parked originally where the boy had been standing.
- she told us that they had seen us and that they had gone inside to get the food.
- we drove back to that car park, got our food, drove home half an hour and it wasn’t even good!
- food was not fresh so don’t know why they would not let me cancel the order.

Just ordered takeaway from here. Honestly the food was very average. I won't be returning in the future. My partner and I have Chinese often. We ordered the Mongolian lamb, sweet and sour pork, spring rolls and fried rice. All average dishes. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Absolutely love the food and love that if you ask for things to be changed they are without any hassles! Staff very friendly and food is always prepared fresh. Their house special fried rice is excellent, best in the area in my opinion and their honey chicken is the best I have ever had anywhere!
