Long queue, but worth the wait. Always a great family experience. Delicious
Service was good, but the food was terrible. I took my sister here for her birthday a few days ago and was appalled by the quality of the food we were served. I ordered the parmigiana that comes with a side of spaghetti, and when it was brought out, the chicken of the parmigiana was hardly warm and quite chewy and the spaghetti was stone cold and I mean completely cold, inedible. For a bill over $100, I am not happy at all. The place wasn't busy, they had just opened, I would understand if the place was packed and the kitchen was running behind but it just wasn't the case. Really really disappointed and unhappy, especially after hearing such nice things about this restaurant.
Not my cup of tea, way to busy, way to noisy, disorganised, average, don't take reservations only for 6 people or more, waiting times 50 minutes, uncomfortable chairs, hardly space to move, hubby went to rest room absolutely filthy toilets - make way to much money requires an upgrade bigger premises and reservation service. To few waiters, could hardly get their attention. Food average. Parking: Herendous hardly any parking
We did a walk in despite a packed restaurant and there was seating for us. The food was really nice. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Will come back again. Kid-friendliness: They have kids table activities and menu. Parking: There was sufficient parking
I really want to say good things about this place as it's our local and we love Italian food but sadly we've been disappointed far too many times. The food is fine when you're able to get a table and dine in however ordering take away is virtually impossible as no one answers the phone. We've tried ringing repeatedly on weeknights and weekends and it's always the same - no answer or engaged. The in dining experience is ok if you don't mind loud, casual and crowded however most of the staff are inattentive including the lady at the front counter who you'd think would be setting an example to the younger staff. The only exception to this is a young man who we had as our waiter. Don't know his name but he's very articulate and well informed with the menu. I do hope he's recognised for his effort by management.
Our dining experience here is described as “meh”. Garlic bread was.. meh, definitely not garlic forward and seemed like toasted buttered bread that might have had a bit of garlic as a friend. Serves were also inconsistent in size, one had two large pieces, and the other had 4 average sized pieces - it was in my opinion overpriced pieces of toast, which at least was made from fresh bread I guess? We all ordered pastas, entree and main sizes of the same dishes were ordered in our party and what was served up looked identical - save yourself a few dollars and order the entree size if you’re there for pasta. Overall feedback was the pasta was okay, a bit too firm for some; generally under-seasoned, a couple seemed not quite balanced and we asked for lemon to get some acid into the dish. Also adding the ground parmesan helped. So.. again, everything was edible, but generally “meh”. Service mirrored the food. It was okay, wasn’t horrible, wasn’t great. Yeah nah, we gave this place a go, can’t say I’d be rushing back.
We have been eating here for over 20 years. The food is delicious and not too expensive. It can be loud inside because it's always full and they are busyFood: 5/5
Worst Italian food. Pasta was watery and tasteless. To top it off the meatballs were complete mush, 99% sure was frozen not fresh made.
Came here on a busy Saturday night and they found us a seat within 5 minutes of being there. Pizza was great! Not too oily and had good flavour. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the night. Good experience and will come back again
Great friendly competent service. Well cooked authentic pasta and pizza. Very busy but worth the wait for a table if necessary. Bookings for 8 or more only.
