Today was my first day in Melbourne I am travelling and Jordan was such an amazing help! The customer service, patience and advice was great, I would highly recommend their services because of Jordan’s help. It was a great welcome and first impression of the city!!
Nothing wrong with staff, just a classic case of "doing their job", but sadly Vodafone no longer honor their contracts with customers, and put of the blue have risen the monthly payment with some lame excuse. Been a loyal customer for many years. Lost trust. What's the poi t of signing a 36 months contract to lock in a plan price only to have them dishonouring it raising it anyway? If the money was going to raise employees salaries, at least would be put to good use, but I'm aware its just happening everywhere, prices going up for no reason, justified by breated crisis by government, and anyone wondering where is the money going? Because I don't see any salary raise anywhere, just prices. As for Vodafone, not excuse acceptable. Its just lame to dishonour a contract with customers. What if customers break the contract? Oh no, that would not be accepted would it? I choose to pay less, not more? Oh no, but we have no choice, just the corporations.

This is my first time and last time came to this Vodafone shop. The guy in the front door with an really bad attitude. His name is Andrew. I have seen other people comment below talked about his rude attitude, not sure why he still can work here. The store manager should check the review and train the staff properly. I came here asking for help, not see your disgusting and rude attitude. I feel really bad and feel treated unfairly. It’s not okay like that. Makes me really really uncomfortable. I have been with Vodafone for 5 years, my whole family all with Vodafone. I guess its time to change to Optus or Telstra. Btw the signal of Vodafone is one of the worst of three. if you want to have a good service find someplace else, not this one. All my real experience about 15 mins ago. If i can i could give negative star, however the 1 star is the highest i can give.
Nick was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. An elderly neighbour needed to switch from Telstra to a much more reasonable Vodafone plan with the $5 per day global roaming add on. The switch over was immediate and seamless. Now she keeps her Australian number throughout her travels without Telstra's exorbitant roaming charges. Great service.
Top of the range in trouble shooting and helping all alike,including non Vodafone customers.The Melbourne flag ship store for Vodafone and the elite crew whom can solve and properly tackle anything regarding mobile phone issues. Others cannot and are unable to attain their determined unbroken resolve to be a rubics cube holy grail of trouble shooting anything of mobile phone problems. Not problems ever but for the less acquainted non fluid situations that haven't been understood properly.

23/09/22 I bought the new iPhone 14. Salesman Anthony attended me. Short story I got my iPhone. Anthony not even ask me if I want him to set up or to transfer all my file to my new iPhone from my old iPhone. Not even ask me to buy the protection shield or screen protector. For more than 12years Vodafone subscriber. This is the first time i experience this kind of treatment. I already said to him I am not very good for the new technologies. Anthony just a simple advice. You need to improve your sales techniques. Not just only quantity . You should also have quality . Tried that because it is a good feeling if you give assist and to share your knowledge. Especially for your client not good in technology. Thanks.
