Worst hairdressing experience of my life and the way the situation was dealt with afterwards was not much better. They did try to rectify the bad job they did, the cut was better but the colour is still shocking and the damage is going to take a long time to be rectified. I WILL not be recommending this salon to anyone, nor will I be returning. I have already told my friends to cancel their appointmentsServices: Hair coloring
The best since I left Auckland. Tammy was helpful and understanding, got a second opinion to make sure I didn't walk out looking like a pin cushion. She was on the dot. Going back next for a dye job and from now, will only go back to her. Love her and Vivo.
I booked on line, arrived on time, then told unable to cut my hair no experience, offered an appointment next day that didn’t suit that’s why I booked in advance online customer experience poor, Customer service matters!
I highly recommend this salon, especially Nicole and Melissa. They did a fantastic job of styling my bridesmaids, mother and me on my wedding day. Nicole was brilliant at communicating and organizing schedules prior to the day. My curls held right through til the following day! Wonderful salon and brilliant service!

Redemption! After my son's hair got butchered by an elderly lady two years that no longer works there thank 'F' I was hesitant. Kim did an outstanding job on me and my son and we will be back for sure.
