Story

Viva Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy and pilates studio located on Flinders Lane in Melbourne's CBD. We provide a high level of patient care in the areas of sports physio, spinal physio (neck and back pain), Pilates, pregnancy-related issues and sports relaxation. We pride ourselves on not only treating your pain but also finding the cause of your injury in order to give you a long-term solution. Our physios use many state-of-the-art techniques such as iPad biomechanical analysis, Real-Time Ultrasound and muscle testing to treat and cure your injury.

This place is a blessing!! Kathryn is my physiotherapist, she is professional, knowledgeable and patient. She answers my questions and provides me with the most suitable advice. I also had Training sessions with Jessica and Sarah, they are both amazing.
Kathryn and her team have been the answer to all my running related injuries over the past couple of years. Can't recommend them highly enough for treatments, massage and injury prevention with pilates.
Bede was simply amazing at rehabilitating my knee after I overexerted it due to my lack of knowledge about exrcising. The exercises he prescribed worked like a charm and he was able to fit them comfortably into my busy uni lifestyle. I have nothing but praise for him.
I have been attending the lunchtime virtual sessions Zoom with Viva since we were first all working from home back in March. Both the yoga and Pilates have kept me moving, but just as importantly, they've kept me connected with the outside world. Very happy to thoroughly recommend Viva!
Bede is amazing, really skilled and thorough. Classes are great too, small and you get personal attention.
I have attended physio sessions & the studio classes at Viva and have been very happy with the service. Both Michael and Kath have been very helpful in understanding my back issues and suggesting suitable exercises that would help me.
