I've had an amazing experience at Kaya Health Club! All the classes are fantastic, catering to different levels of intensity which makes it perfect for everyone. The instructors are not only skilled but also incredibly approachable and supportive. The customer service is top-notch; they respond promptly to all my queries and provide guidance whenever needed. The front desk staff are very accommodating and always make me feel welcome. Highly recommended!
I joined Kaya in 5 months ago for the reformer classes to build back strength after a back injury. The instructors are really great, always providing options to reduce or increase intensity depending on your level. Once aware of my injury, they never fail to check in on my during class. This support and understanding gave me the confidence to start doing the circuit classes which is ultimately what I enjoy the most and wanted to return to post injury. Special mention to Kat, Esther and Lauren for always checking in and helping me with modifications!

Here are some things to consider: •Booking a spot here is not guaranteed if you may end up on a waitlist. If you receive a reply, even late at night, and don't respond with a "Yes" promptly, they will accept you right away. Failure to show up will result in a $35 charge. •If you're on a six-month contract and it ends, they'll automatically charge you as usual because you didn't submit a cancellation request. •The bathrooms here are consistently humid, moldy, and the floors are slippery, indicating low hygiene standards. If cleanliness is important to you, think twice before showering here after a gym session!
Highly recommend!!!! Kaya Health Club is a great place if you are interested in Pilate, yoga, Barre and fitness exercises. All the instructors are friendly and helpful and the staff everyone is welcoming and nice all the time. Kaya helped me a lot to improve my physical and mental health.
Kaya's a great place to start a fresh day with some workout. The facility, the classes. the instructors, and the staff are nice and helpful. Pilates, Hatha and Yin classes help me improve many things in just a few time. Overall, awesome experience.
I have tried most of the Pilates studios in the CBD and Kaya is by far the best and most affordable as it is one of the only ones that offers unlimited classes at a weekly price $35-$45. They have a great timetable and offer many classes other than reformer along with a full gym! Great instructors and friendly staff. Also it is always clean and smells amazing. It’s perfect
I've been a member at the CBD location for about 5 weeks now and I absolutely love it. I joined because of their reputation with Pilates but in doing so I have found many other things that I enjoy such as Barre and Fitness Circuit. I recently had spinal surgery and once it was safe for me to start doing classes all the instructors have been really accommodating with providing me personalised modifications to suit my recovery needs. I never thought I would enjoy more 'typical fitness' classes i dont like cardio but the fitness circuit classes offered here are really fun and rewarding, as well as being easily customisable based on your level of strength/experience etc. Big upsss love coming here everyday :
I was charged an unexplained fee of 105 AUD for "no show or late cancellation." I’ve inquired about it for over a month with no response, and the refund hasn’t been processed. Now, if I want to cancel my membership, they’re charging me 550 AUD. This service is terrible, and I won’t be renewing. By the way, I scanned my membership card for these three classes. Why did I scan the card but not attend the classes? Scanning the card means I showed up, so why are they still charging me? Before I joined, the staff were great, but once I joined, they ignore any issues. It turns out it was all fake, haha, it's a complete mess lol
I've been a customer at Kaya for 2 years, but the management is terrible at handling complaints and retaining customers. Many experienced teachers have left, replaced by less experienced ones, which is disappointing. Recently, I was incorrectly charged for a freezing period despite submitting my request in May, well before their platform migration. There was no communication about the new freezing cycle calculation, yet I was charged the full amount and credited back based on the new calculation. I have reached out to the management team, the communication with the team via email and mobile was poor and unempathetic. The manager, Alex, was especially dismissive and rude, cutting me off while I explained my situation and told me to listen to what he had to say. Overall, very disappointed and cancelled my membership. However, I have to point out that reception ladies are all very lovely and welcoming. For those who want to join, please do your research and visit many places before joining.
A calm and hygienic facility with friendly staff. I appreciate that I can work out independently in the gym or join a class depending on my mood. My favourite class is Yin Yoga, this relaxing form of yoga has been amazing for my overall well being. Thank you Kaya. x
