I love Barre Body and can’t speak more highly of this fun way to move my body. I recently re-joined for in-person classes after a break of several years and I’m so glad I did. The Flinders Lane studio is a real treat, such a beautiful place to workout in, to say nothing of the gorgeous teachers who are always ready to welcome you and make sure you have a good time. I always leave the classes feeling more positive if not a little sore and ready to take on the day!
I love Barre Body. I always wanted to try it and I really wished I had tried it a lot sooner than I did. I’ve never been one of the gym and I find the workouts at Barre to be exactly what I’m looking for. The classes are tough and varied - you feel results quickly. The instructors are all super lovely too!
Barre body Flinders lane is one of my favourite studio these days! Is a nice and cosy place. I especially love the barre cardio class! The instructors there are also very helpful and friendly, very engaging during the class~ highly recommend to everyone!
I absolutely love Barre Body Flinders! The classes are a lot of fun. I've only been going for a month but can already feel a huge difference for my neck and back pains, and I can stretch further than ever before! The teachers are great at providing regressions and corrections during classes and always emphasise that it's about listening to your body and doing what makes you feel good as well as strong. I love the culture and positive environment that Barre Body cultivates. The studio itself is gorgeous too!
I have been doing barre at Barre Body for 1.5 years now and I absolutely love it! Doing the classes is the highlight of my week. Since starting these exercises, I have seen some incredible changes in my physical and mental wellbeing which I haven't seen with any other exercise. I have done both barre and reformer at other studios but Barre Body stands out above them all. Not only are the studios beautiful I have been to Flinders, Windsor and Fitzroy but the instructors are also really lovely and well-trained. Also, no class is ever the same so you'll never be bored. If you're looking to get fit, strong and feel great, I strongly recommend giving this a go!
I always look forward to my barre class at the end of the day - it’s so enjoyable it doesn’t even feel like ‘exercise’ to me. All of the instructors are so kind of supportive, and it’s a really inclusive space. So glad I decided to try barre out, I’m hooked!
I have never been someone who enjoys working out, so to find a class I actually enjoy has been seriously amazing! I love the calm atmosphere that the studio has, and the non-judgmental attitudes of the teachers. I especially love classes with Miriam and Stephanie! I wish there was more barre and stretch classes though, sometimes a whole hour of barre can be a bit much for my body
Real pelvic floor difference. Real body strength difference. I have tried other barre studios, yoga, and other different classes and trainers over the years. It was always a chore, and I never stuck to any of them. The teachers at Barre Body are different, their dance experience and knowledge of the areas you are working on are the best I have come across in a group class setting. I feel more confident and strong in my own body.
The classes here really work you hard - I couldn't walk properly for a few days after my first. The instructors are all very engaging and attentive, ready with corrections and levels if needed. The space is amazing, feels very open and airy nice to go to an exercise place that smells nice.
I absolutely love Barre Body. Studio is beautiful, serene, full of loving touches such as herbal tea in the waiting room, apples for a snack, female products in bathrooms and a changing room. All the staff are lovely, smiley and friendly. There is a wide range of classes and there's a teacher for every taste - more stretching, more heart pumping, slower pace, faster pace, yoga, barre, pilates. Everything about this studio makes me come back again and again.
