My girlfriend and I was so excited to try some pilates sesh. It’s a shame we had to go through to such unwelcoming vibes .The pilates instructor was asking, can I help you ? in a condescending way in front of other people. Also added not allowed to come in have to wait outside in a cold tone. Need to fix his rude attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this pilates to anyone.
First time doing Pilates and the studio was very welcoming, clean and calm. The instructor guided me through everything and it was a very enjoyable and challenging workout! I look forward to going again.
Loved my class with Nicole. She was very calm and patient throughout the whole class. It was my first class and I know I am going to come back for more!
Fix the attitude if you want to run a business.so unwelcoming , gave me and my mate the look as if he / she was disgusted to have us there . Literally , if she doesn’t want the money and doing only for passion write in the website that you only want certain kind of people . Hope this business get shut down . Take communication social behaviour classes before running a business

Better to think twice to come to here, you can’t even unbound your card on the app, they charge you for the though you already told them you want to terminate the membership. They told me I have 3 weeks outstanding arrears, though they didn’t charge me for that three weeks but for the future, so in this way I’ll own them money forever, and can’t terminate my membership forever and they’ll charge me even I’m not in Melbourne. I wrote an email on Friday before 3pm, the time they finish work. I got no reply, and got a new charge on Saturday. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
I got the intro pass to try out the classes and I was pleasantly surprised. Classes are amazing, it is an all body work out, targeted training and a lot of fun. I can feel a difference is a week, especially in my posture. The trainers are amazing and so helpful. I love the little extra details that the trainers do that the end of the classes cherry on top 1. refreshing scented wipes - end of the class the trainer place a scented wipe next to you while you are laying down and cooling off for few seconds, the mild citrus smell is relaxing and refreshing. 2. Shot of juice or coconut water - after the class is finished the trainers have shots of juice or coconut water for you as a pick me up or well done which ever way you like to think of it. I would totally recommend the classes to anyone and everyone. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Worst experience ever! Deeply disappointed by Jaimie's disregard and disrespect. Despite my polite greeting and orderly queuing at the reception counter, she prioritized chatting with other students who weren't even in line. Once she finished her conversations and no one else was left, she simply walked away, leaving me waiting without a word - making me feel completely invisible. This level of rudeness is unacceptable. I won't be returning to this class again.
