A gorgeous experience. Delightful service. Beautiful premise. I arrived in intense pain and after three sessions - I could walk again on my foot!

I was introduced to Tara Doherty several months ago as I was tired and just not feeling great. Tara was able to set a nutrition program that was really easy to follow. The recipes and information she supplied will keep me feel well now and for the future.  I could not recommend her more highly.

If you need support with your nutrition and getting your diet sorted out to live a healthier lifestyle, Tara Doherty at the Alignment Studio is the person to see. Extremely approachable and knowledgeable, she listens and takes into account your lifestyle and food preferences to design a meal menu that works.

Pete has been great with helping me to manage back pain. The new holistic set up at the Alignment Studio is fantastic, with a great Pilates studio!

I was suffering with severe headaches,  predominantly caused by neck, shoulder and lower back pain.  The warm and friendly staff were excellent,  especially Naiha who successfully treated the problem. Highly recommend.
