Very good, facial and body massage are very relaxing. The technician's technique is also very professional and the service in the store is very considerate. The environment is very elegant, I like it very much, come again next time.

My partner and I had the 1 hour couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. They thought of every little detail to go above and beyond and make the experience absolutely relaxing and enjoyable. We really enjoyed the reclining chairs you could wait on while they got your room ready and they provided a beautiful floral drink and let you choose the scent of oil that you'd like. Then they take you through to the room which had plenty of space for a couples massage. The massage was fantastic, just what we needed after our flight over. Afterwards, you could shower if you wanted to, to get the oil off which was great as we still had an evening of going to a dinner and a show. After our massage they offered us a choice of their range of teas which were amazing and allowed us to sit in the reclining chairs and enjoy our drink before we headed off. All in all it was just the best experience and a highlight of our trip. The staff were so accommodating and attentive and we are definitely coming back the next time we are in Melbourne. 5 stars!

We had a great experience at Angel's beauty club. The atmosphere is good, the staff are very attentive and the massage was the best I've had. They give you lots of delicious tea at the beginning and end. In terms of ambiance, they only played two tracks on repeat the entire time, which did get a bit repetitive. The other thing I will mention is that as first time customers who aren't used to doing this, the instructions were a little unclear at times and we were left waiting without a strong idea of what was to happen next. All in all a great experience though, especially for the very good price. I would return and reccommend.

It’s my first time to get the skin care at this store. The environment is so cosy and the ornaments are really delicate, not like other simple-decorated store I went before. The price is also acceptable as they are doing promotion now. The most exciting thing is I’ve successfully got rid of my black head today . The cosmetologist is professional. Facial skincare is pretty relaxing as well. Pretty recommended to improve skin. Love the store

Poor service and false advertising. Purchased Groupon voucher 'manicure with gel polish', for $27, where the regular price was $69, and upon arrival was told I was required to pay an additional $10 for the removal of my nail polish, as well as another additional $10 for 'shaping and cuticle work' which would be assumed as part of a "manicure", right? Nowhere in the advertisements terms and conditions did it specify this. Upon my confusion the staff said there was a mistake on the advertisement. Having took the time out of my day to travel all the way there I was furious. More so when the staff did not even know how to process a refund. Very poor customer service, and the fact the advertisement is still up- displaying false information is incredibly unprofessional.

Best day ever, Chacha and Dora were amazing. My friend and I had a spa day and it worth every single dolar. The message was incredible and we love the rose bath. The place is clean and everyone is very professional.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Booked online to use my groupon and when I went in they told me they couldn’t accept groupons on weekends I went all the way into the city & it didn’t say this anywhere on groupon or their website! The lady in the store told me I could come back during the week, and when I did she said they don’t accept anymore groupons until the 20th of April. Why didn’t anyone tell me this earlier? I specifically booked it because I was having back problems and needed a massage ASAP. Pretty ridiculous policy considering the store was completely empty when I went in

What a lovely place! They gave me various teas and services. I was satisfied a gold therapy. I can feel my skin getting much better silky after treatment. I wanna go back here.

I treated myself to the pamper package with a full body massage, scrub down, spa and jacuzzi.. the massage was fantastic and the venue is just lovely. Would definitely come again!

I got a full set of natural eyelash extensions and I’m so extatic!! They look absolutely gorgeous and feel amazing. I was scared it would hurt or sting but I didn’t feel anything...I even got to nap. I will definitely be back for more !! Thankyou :-
