Story

Renowned for its amazing intimate atmosphere and Italian cuisine, Vinnie's Italian Restaurant has been family owned and operated since 2000. Located in Southport on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, the restaurant is fully licenced whilst also offers take-away and delivery services. Our extensive, reasonably priced menu is sure to satisfy every diner, offering pizza, pasta, ribs, steak, chicken, seafood and more! It caters for most special dietary needs. We offer several gluten and dairy free meals as well as numerous vegetarian dishes. Just ask our friendly staff.

Vinnie's Italian Restaurant offers a high standard of food and service that keeps bringing people back. With a seating capacity of 75 people including alfresco dining, Vinnie’s Italian restaurant is suitable for a night out for 2 or a birthday party for 50. We also do lunch functions on request.

Being fully licenced you can enjoy a drink in a bar area prior to your meal, or whilst waiting for your take-away order.

Ordered pizza and pasta.  Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard, and rather than getting ravioli bolognaise we got fettuccine dripping with cheese and oil.  Disgusting.  Never will be back.

nice restaurant will a good feel about it ...waitress carolyn was very helpful and efficient .....food, while not 100% authentic italian was well presented and delicious....would go again....

got takeaway, it was ok. maybe they needed a bigger kitchen for both restaurant and takeaway sides of business. pizza & pasta took a while, semi-burnt base. 

pizza tasted ok though. pasta was on cold side

A long time family favourite and hidden gem on the Gold Coast, fantastic service, fantastic food and accomodating for all needs! We love them!

This place is very poor on all fronts. Service slow even though there was more than enough staff. Waited more than an hour. Area around bar very untidy. Staff lack attention to detail could not even get attention from staff to settle bill. My wife had a pasta marinara which was sloppy and showed signs of freezing and reheating. Pizza ok. Local but hadn’t visited for some years will not see us back!!!
