Best quality food at any fast food place I've been to on the planet. Have been there time and time again and they consistently deliver hot fresh food... unlike every other fast food chain restautant. Keep doing what your doing guys. Them whoppers and nuggets are life changing.

Ordered a tomato and cheese toasted and got a ham and cheese instead....not hard to listen and read back an order.. Over cooked and tasted like cardboard

chips always been cooked fresh and crispy, even better than many restaurants. staffs are always very nice

That manager who served me is so crabby she should be fired. I won a free small fries on the Hungary Jacks App. I presented it to her an she told me I had to wait 10 minutes for the redemption to expire because I used Woolworths internet to claim the prize to start with. So after waiting the 10 minutes I asked for a receipt and then I had to argue with her about that. She said "You have to joking you want a receipt for the free fries". I wanted the receipt so I could complain online as well as here.

Staff are always polite and helpful. Today I noticed a young man called Clinton cleaning tables. Management you have done well. I had never seen anyone so happy, dedicated to his special job of cleaning and clearing up. Totally dedicated.
