I am really pissed off with this particular mcdonald in southport. I have had issues with my orders multiple times but now I will have to give review. The staff doesn’t even read the order properly. I ordered Mccrispy large meal and this is what I got. . I asked for chocolate mcflurry- got vanilla, asked no ice in my drink but they put ice, fries are not hot and burger is too dry. Also whoever the manager is on friday, Saturday she is so rude. Proper training to all the staff is the must. I will never visit this mcdonald again.
If I could give 0 stars to this McDonald’s I would. The service from the girl at drive thru was atrocious. She couldn’t take my order properly in which I had to repeat myself multiple times and the order still was not correct. In which I then decided I would just speak in person to correct the order at the window as it may be easier for her. When arriving at the window she didn’t acknowledge me and just pointed to pay for card. When I stated that the order needed to be fixed she had attitude and still refused to speak. She fixed the order and pointed yet again to the card tap machine without speaking to me. On arrival at the next window the next girl wasn’t friendly and accidentally gave the wrong drink to me in which we had to hand back. There was 3 drinks and no drink tray was offered so when asked for one had to repeat myself multiple times as was confused it seemed like an inconvenience.We wanted to try the Grimace shake as it had been advertised quite appealingly however, the drink was missing the cream and considering the costs of $7 for a small we were hoping to get the full product advertised. Once opening the food at home we noticed it was thrown together as seen in picture and the “iced” coffee had 2 ice cubes and tasted warm. The coffee was also double cupped by accident and the second cup fell off which spilt coffee onto my new white pants. The “fast food” drive thru took 15minutes. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone as this Customer service is what I regularly receive and there have been multiple times when we have received the wrong order. Until now I have never made a complaint however the entire experience this time was disappointing to say the least and I will no longer be returning.
Ordered two breakfast menu burgers with drinks, when we got the order my burger had multiple bits of eggshell in it, and I found two hairs in my burger. Won’t be returning. The staff were nice at least.
This place is the worse maccas I have ever seen, 3 trips back to correct meal, staff slow and unprofessional, food area is a nightmare, disgusting actually, Seating area was so dirty rubbish everywhere, all the bins full and over flowing. It’s just yuk!
Very rude and horrible customer servicennThe staff members in this store are quite rude and less co-operative.nnTheir mobile system was down and we found it difficult to place our order but non of the staff helped us despite our multiple requests.nnThey were not accepting our order at the counter and their mobile system was down either which was not so pleasant.nnThis store is never recommended
