The worst service! Ordered online table service. After 12mins the food came out in a paper bag, not a tray which made it difficult to unpack while not having it land on a sub par dirty table. Drinks didn't come with it, had to go up and request them. Nuggets were so old they were inedible and cheeseburger was a mess. Terrible overall
On the 27th, we got a big breakfast deal at the drive-thru on Southport Ferry Road. About halfway through my coffee, I felt something enter my mouth. Then throw it out and look; it was a big fly. Throw out the rest of the coffee to see what else is there, and I discover another one at the bottom. Please take care when purchasing McDonald's. I don't want that experience to happen to anyone else.
Ordered 40 nuggets with 6 different dips, I received 40 nuggets with 6 different dips. Took a little while when I was the only order, somehow forgot to whip up all 40 but they did indeed end up in my possession after a mild wait. Can't complain otherwise
Honestly, this McDonald’s in Southport is an absolute shambles. Every single time we go there, it is the same frustrating mess. The wait times are ridiculous, the order is almost never right, and the staff act like getting basic items correct is somehow too much to ask.nThey constantly forget ingredients that are meant to come standard on burgers, like pickles and onion, and if you pay extra for anything, good luck actually receiving it. The food quality is terrible half the time too, with hard buns, chips with no salt, soggy or old fries that taste like the oil has been reused a hundred times, and burgers that look like they have been thrown together without a second thought.nThe drive thru is just as bad. You get shoved straight into the waiting bay almost every visit, no matter what you ordered, and then still end up waiting forever. Meanwhile, the staff are rude, unhelpful, and clearly could not care less. There never seems to be anyone properly supervising, and it shows. The whole place feels badly managed, poorly trained, and completely chaotic.nAt this point it is not a once off bad experience, it is a pattern. It is actually impressive how consistently disappointing this place is. If the order is correct, the food is bad. If the food is decent, the service is awful. Somehow they never miss the chance to get something wrong.nSouthport McDonald’s seriously needs proper management, proper staff training, and a complete reset on what customer service is supposed to look like.
On the 22 June I used the drive thru and waited a half hour for 3 cheeseburgers! Was told by the manager to complain to get compensated for the experienced, have written 2 emails and 0 responses and honestly considering all Mcdonald's moving forward. Disgusted by the store and the service which is consistently horrible and online support is titled wrong because there is no support at all. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague because they cant even fill a sundae cup and got forbid you get a dipping sauce, more like a scrape of saucennUPDATE: Called customer service as I have not received any thing in response to the complaint raised twice, the customer service officer asked me to email proof of purchase and after the cal did not hang up the phone correctly try and I could hear her making fun of me to the agent beside her in the call centre! Mcdonalds has become the laughing stock of the fast food industry and after having my complaint laughed about by their so called customer service has put the final nail in the coffin. I will never go back to mcdonalds, too expensive to go through this much troublennJUST USE THE OPORTO UP THE ROAD AT QUEEN VILLAGE! NEVER DISSAPOINTED AND ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, can't say enough good stuff about the Oporto not even 2 mins awaynnFURTHERMORE: Have still yet to receive a call from this mcdonalds in apology for the experienced and call centre only offered a free meal not even to the same value of my order that night.
