"Classic, long-running fast-food chain known for its burgers, fries & shakes".
Do we now only get a choice of two shakes, if we are lucky? Poor service, poor quality. Certain shakes have been unobtainable for over a month now. This happens every time at this time of year. Think these people would get it by now
Boycott this poor excuse of a "restaurant" that paid for the McDonald's name. I feel for the person that created the McDonald's franchise!

Decided to quickly drop in for a quick meal. Big mistake. Waited almost 20 mins for my meal and they couldn't get it right and there were only 6 other people inside. Won't be wasting my money again 😔 I looked around whilst waiting and also found every table needed wiping over. Quite dirty.

Don't love this McDonald's but being the closest to our house we do buy food from this McDonald's the most. We usually use their drive thru service, which is usually abysmal - always missing some of our order. We make sure we check what's in the bag before we leave the car park. But that doesn't help either if they haven't put a meat patty on your burger (yes this has happened to us!)
We ate in store on 5 February '18 and it was one of the worst yet. EFTPOS didn't work at the self serve so had to line-up again to pay. The food came out in a decent amount of time but the burgers didn't taste good at all. We sat in the outside area so our son could play on the equipment and even though there are no smoking signs everywhere, the was a couple a few tables over from us that were smoking! I asked 2 staff members to ask them to stop but no-one said anything to them! IT'S ILLEGAL TO SMOKE WHERE PEOPLE ARE EATING! Plain and simple!
If you can avoid eating at this McDonald's it's probably a good idea!

A pleasant experience as always the air conditioning is appreciated the meal was well prepared a little mix up I ordered a Perri Perri Mac chicken wrap my friend ordered a chicken Caesar we got two children Caesar  wraps as she doesn't like spicy it didn't bother me had we have gotten two Perri Perri I would have ask them to remake the one but as they were both her choice I had no problem with the mix up.. The wraps were well prepared and we enjoyed a nice quiet lunch.

Waiting over an hour for my order to be delivered in the end they cancelled my order and gave my money back. Never again. I have never had a good experience with this store even with drive thru or over the counter. Dont waste your time.
