We had diner yesterday night for a music event.it was our first time in that beautiful restaurant and we were completely under the charm of the athmosphere in there The wine was outstanding and well recommended by the owner who really knows good wines. The food was very creative,very tasty and full of flavors. We had a wonderful time and we will surely come back again

Wow, how wrong can you get it? A glass of wine was nothing more than a splash. The wait for dinner was beyond rediculous. 4 scallops $22 and almost inedible. Staff had no experience. We all went for pizza afterwards and saw a lot of others do the same. One star rating is too generous.

Found this establishment via a friends recommendation. Totally justifiable, a wonderful find on all fronts. The snacks, through to entrees mains, dessert and cheese were outstanding. Well thought and executed menu and wine list. The 2012 Mataro recommended by the wine team was exceptional with the charcuterie and Wagyu scotch. A standout food and beverage offering in a village dominated by fast food outlets and cafes. Well done to the whole team.

Great local wine bar with fabulous food and service. The only slight (only slight) negative was the pork belly spring rolls which were overcooked and the meat was tough. But will definitely be back! Recommend the oysters and the asparagus. Great wine list and the waiter (owner) recommended a wonderful white that went really well with the food.

We are fortunate in Annandale to have as one of our locals The Vinery Foods, which marries sophisticated dining, good wines and attentive service with unpretentious ambience. This week, Joe and his team showcased both a new menu and a special musical treat. Roxana Gundry, lute, Alexandra Bailliet-Joly, recorder, and Hester Wright, soprano, delighted their audience with a repertoire ranging from Renaissance classics to Sting. Prawn croquettes, pork belly, duck breast and a bottle of pinot…plus our first close up encounter with a lute. Just heavenly. Please, please Joe, more musical events!
