Village Cinemas

Snack bar / ticket sales queues seem to move at a reasonable pace. Service is good. Although the automated tickets kiosks were both down when visiting recently. The cinemas themselves have horrible viewing angles in the front three rows, I'm talking Next Strain City. Seats are pretty cosy, but lack of designated seating does make it awkward or impossible to sit together with a group of you arrive late. Would be a two - star if it weren't for the affordable tiller prices.

I am not very happy with them because they wouldn't let me take in my food because i hadn't baught it there. I got a refund on my tickets but the next time i came back they were letting people with McDonald's in. Its not very fair but if you just wanna see a movie i would recommend village because they have better show times than readings cinemas. I do love the atmosphere and its movies last longer in the cinemas.

Website down from 11:30am, call centre I gave up after being on hold for 25 mins. Drove to the cinema 10 mins after opening time and missed out on extra tickets for our session with friends, by the person in front of me in the line. Village Cinemas you need to lift your online game. Surely you understood how busy it would be today!!!!! Normally I am very happy with your service but it may be the time for some investment in some adequate online infrastructure.

Big thank you to the Gentleman I called to help me with a ticketing issue; even after I missed a midnight screening he spoke with his manager and had my booking changed at no extra cost! Excellent Customer Support. Great Cinema Location. Good Selection of Films.

We’ve been twice in the past week and the staff have been excellent. They actually care about customer experience. The cinemas are really busy in school holidays so get there early.
