Village Geelong has had a massive glow up, and what it’s lost in colours and star carpet it has gained in great new comfortable brown leather seats and stacks of legroom. No longer jammed in with the 90s low back seats.nnStaff are always friendly, the place is clean and the projectors and sound systems have been upgraded.
I treated my Pop to his first experience of Gold Class and my goodness he loved it. The staff were so accommodating, they even moved us to a better seat
I loved the movie I went to but it ran late into the night around 11:00 like it was scheduled to do and when the movie had finished we couldn’t find any staff! We went to the front counter looking for some help because my friend had lost his wallet and we wanted to flag it with the staff in case it showed up, but no one was there? Aside from that a pretty regular cinema that could do with some better customer service. Even late at night
Comfy seats that recline, always friendly staff, plenty of cinemas and a variety of films on offer. They are doing some internal works at present so it's a bit of a squish getting tickets and drinks, but they are making it work.
Theatre was decent and clean. Seats were not very close to the screen. Pretty good distance. Seats, hand rest and food keeping space was good. I was searching for buttons to recline the seats and then realized probably I was expecting a lot !
