The chairs, armrests, legroom and space when in the cinema are very comfortable helping it to be easier to relax and enjoy the movie. I don't even mind the ticket prices or food prices. I think they are reasonable for a cinema. It's a fun treat so you simply save and do it in the holidays with your kids. Usually something to look forward too. It's a very nice looking cinema with lots of car parking nearby but you may have to walk a little bit on busy days and times of year. There's no little arcade section like some cinemas have, so not much to do if you're waiting for any reason, but that can also be a good thing and save you money on failing skill testers lol. The only drawback is the last couple of times I've been frustrated and we have been unable to enjoy it. I've felt stressed when my kids lose interest early on. The amount of boring advertisement which can last almost a quarter of the length of the movieat the start is painful and makes the young ones restless and over it before the movie even even starts. Then when you think its over...the movie trailers start with more adds squeezed in between. I've had my children ask to leave 20 minutes in but I won't because of money spent. It is best to buy your tickets online and turn up 20-30 minutes late if you want your kids to be able to sit through an entire movie. They won't be checked out from the adds and will be still in excited mode that way. It's not so bad for adults, but when this is honest opinion for families and people with kids. It is a nice cinema and fun for the family so this issue can be an avoidable. They have their reasons for needing to do it so what can you do‍. The staff are fast serving at the kiosk which is great. Excellent and easy self service for tickets on entry but you can organize tickets where you buy popcorn off staff too. The toilets and cinemas are always clean to a high standard. As well as there seems to be wheel chair access to each cinema, but few place options for someone in a wheelchair to put their chair but that isn't much of an issue because when you pay for tickets you can see easily online if that seating section is available.
Great theatre. No one will ever have a head in your view due to stagered tiered seating. Price of entry way cheaper than Melbourne. Awesome candy bar selection and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic available.
Great! I love going to my local cinema. I’ve been going here for 6 years now, and I cannot help but notice the quality of popcorn has significantly degraded over the past year. Count yourself lucky if it seasoned, and even luckier if its warm. Otherwise you’ll learn quickly you’ve bought nothing more than a box of cardboard scraps to enjoy during your film.
Avatar went for 3 hours and yet still the seats remained comfortable. The audio was excellent but could have been turned down a little. I stuck tissues in my ears and looked like a knob but it was much better. Ears didn't bleed.
Needs a bit of a clean probably due to staff not having enough time to clean between sessions. This could be easily resolved by customers putting their rubbish in the bins supplied. A good variety of movies and times. Free parking.
Well priced comfy chairs. I struggle to sit for long periods but the premium seats are perfect to stretch my legs out on front. Prices are better than village and heaps of parking
Comfortable seating and design in theater. Could improve overall atmosphere in shared reception and walkways by making it brighter, it's too dark.
Visiting from qld not enough seating for people to sit and wait, no pensioner discounts, toilets filthy ,need to improve big time. Qld readings runs rings aound them . Will definitely not go back
There is always popcorn on the floor. Place feels in need of a through deep clean. As cinemas go it's ok.
Great place to see your favourite film on the big screen with awesome sound. Went to go and see Top Gun Maverick. Cinema was in very good clean condition I was able to purchase my ticket via the internet , made the whole process very easy. Great customer service Love the seating, much more spacious and leg room.
