I write this for those who are serious about getting off 'H' once and for all. If you are tired of being a slave to the drug and are ready to fight to win your life back, then please read this. I have tried numerous times and countless methods to break free of this drugs grip on my life and have failed over and over. Suboxone, substitions of other substances, isolating myself, no matter what I did... the drug calls me back and I relapse. I've been to many clinics and seen 'specialist' doctors and followed their plans but they failed, something was just missing... which again led to relapse. Sobriety for me seemed impossible. As a last resort I began googling clinics that help opiate addiction. That's when I discovered VMAC and read about what they do. My first thought was, "probs another clinic that'll give me valium and piss me off..." But the moment I walked in those doors, and was greeted by the receptionist... my attitude changed. I could tell by the conversation, these people genuinely are here to help people struggling like myself. I went in and saw the doctor, Dr. John Jogoda, and what he told me changed my view on everything I thought I knew about detoxification. I felt hope for the first time. He explains in detail what I needed to know and the 'detox package' he prescribed has everything needed to make the detox experience as comfortable or bearable as possible. The nurse kindly explained and wrote out what times to take which meds which she calls, "The recipe to success." And that is exactly what it is. I did this for the next 7 days and I have never experienced a more comfortable home detox, ever. All the meds did what they were supposed to do. They lessened the withdrawal symptons to a level I could actually bear. I even got a full nights sleep each time with the meds provided. Believe me, everything you need is in that package they provide. They know what they are doing, and I know first hand their method works. I have now been clean for 7 days, I have opted for the naltrexone injection which I received today. And I feel great. I finally feel victorious in defeating this life controlling drug. I did have a caretaker by my side whom made it all possible. With her and all the help and support I received from the VMAC staff, I had everything I needed for this battle. This battle which has won me back my life. My thanks

Dr Jagoda and the whole team at Victoria street Medical are amazing at what they do,His clinic is ran the way Dr's clinics used to be ran before we started seeing these super clinics...

Victoria St Medical & Accupuncture Clinic North Melbourne Melbourne Victoria is a excellent medical clinic all round. From the moment you walk in you offered help from the Manager Caroline Jagoda who is highly efficient in her job. Whilst waiting for the Dr she alway's bring's out Biscuits, Lollies, Muesli Bars & Chocolates. Caroline is a caring, supportive woman who just happen's to know every pathology, X-Ray Clinics & the best Dr's & Hospital's in Melbourne & other states of Australia. I have never met someone so efficient in their job like Caroline. Dr Jagoda is a caring & supportive Dr who loves to have a chat with you. He is an highly efficient Dr for your normal GP, to specialist care in Accupuncture, Rehabilitation & many other area's. He should be a classified as a specialist!!! Specialist's (some) don't know half as much as Dr Jagoda. He knows all about Accupuncture, Herbal remedies, Rehabilitation from programs to implants & various other treatment's. He speaks several language's & is fluent in all of them. He is a very caring Dr who cover's absolutely everything. He is a magnificent Dr which is why I have been there for nearly 30 year's maybe 2-3 year's more. He is highly efficient in so many area's. There are hardly any Dr's as good as Dr Jagoda. I highly recommend you go to see Dr Jagoda. It's nearly impossible to get that kind of care anywhere. Drop into Victoria St Medical & Accupuncture Clinic for all your medical problem's. Dr is so sweet, supportive & helpful that just happen's to be a genius. Go there via appointment for your Medical Care.

Amazing staff amazing clinic. They really have helped and supported us in everyway and my family are extremely thankful for all that they do.
