What was the point of making an appointment when they have to let you wait for an hour?!!! No follow-up from the attending receptionists as to why there was a huge delay and I had to come out from the “isolation room” to ask what's happening! The doctor was great, he gave me proper check-up and was apologetic for the long wait. He himself was a bit shocked why I had to wait for an hour. He also was not happy with the idea of having to isolate the customer if showing symptoms. In my case, I had a sore throat and that was the main reason that I was there to get a prescription for an antibiotic. Also, why do you have to pay $1 for a mask? They should just give it for free! You are paying $80 for a consultation and can't even provide a free mask!!! Seriously???
Over from interstate having suffered a serious injury in WA last weekend and required stitches out today. Phone booking was easy yesterday third place I tried that actually picked up professional and courteous welcome by the young lady at reception, top job by the young nurse removing my stitches and having a laugh the entire time. Doctor got a bit sidetracked and had to ask without being a Karen like many others!! what was going on and once again top service from the young receptionist. Ideally I won’t be back but if ever asked by work colleagues or friends for a medical centre in the CBD this would be it. 4.5*
0 Stars. Dr Mulyono Kosasih is a terrible doctor. No wonder noone wants to see the doctors here. The black receptionist lied to me about getting reimbursement for the clinic fees. Really terrible people scamming intl students. Selling $1 masks in plastic baggies. compulsory for an appointment. What a joke.
The reception staff are super snappy, to each other and the team. Also rude to the clinicallabs person who had heaps of people waiting for a blood test. Has a super aggressive and stressful vibe. Glad I was just here for a blood test and not a patient… gave me the ick
I would for sure recommend their service. The nurse who saw me was very honest when evaluating my case; I really appreciate that. Most places with Picocure will just want your money.
Used to come here often because the doctor was very nice and helpful and caring. New management comes with new doctors who are inconsiderate and rude. Never coming again.
The lady at reception was nice and helpful, however, a female gp was extremely rude and racist, she asked me where I was born and raised, pretty much sure this is unnecessary for general check, it was the worst experience of my life, 12/10 would avoid to go back.
Had decent experience attending this clinic. Most of the doctors are great and understanding. Although Dr Chakma receives a lot of praise here, he is very rude, blunt and consendsending when it came to weight issues and makes out that people gain weight on purpose and to irritate him specifically despite illnesses like PCOS. He even goes so far to spell out each word slowly as if I'm dumb and don't even know my situation, which is hurtful, painful and very offensive, almost insulting. However, the blood test team are great and patient and understanding which made me at ease going in there.
Dr Bhagdatta Chakma is very good and professional. Relevant questions and proper medical consultation. Giving one star less as receptionist asked me to buy face mask for a dollar which they supposed to keep free for patients or customers.
Very well organized, excellent service. Friendly & professional staffs.
