Unbelievable - $162 for 25min session. Since when can a practice rip people off so much. Average service that can easily be matched by any other GP. Seriously, 1st and last time I'm going there.

Do NOT go there. They have a system where you have to pay more if your consultation is 21-24 minutes, 25-29 minutes and 30-39 minutes. Give me a break! Most in the city have a flat rate up to 30 minutes. Plus Collins Street Medical Centre DON'T WARN YOU before the appointment. They just tell you after the consultation you have to pay more (Lady on the phone said I should have checked the website !!!) . Sneaky. I'm telling everyone I know not to get here, 500+ people at my work in the city . Word will spread.

"Dr" Andrade projects as an arrogant quack. Advised antibiotics and anti-dandruff shampoo after being informed that I preferred an alternative to antibiotics and was informed that anti-dandruff shampoos will not help my condition. Be prepared to pay $92 for 15 mins and a pro-pharmaceutical mentality.

I've been a long time patient at this practice. I have wonderful rapport with my doctor and the rest of the staff is warm and friendly. I believe that their concern is my health. If my doctor is not available then one of the other doctors can see me while having my medical history at hand.
