QV Medical Centre

Receptionist was extremely rude. My bf got sunburn and she said doctor asked us to go hospital emergency without even seeing him in person, just because she wanted to finish work quickly. Can’t believe this clinic is still existing with such rude and dismissive staff. We will never to go this place any more and will share this with my family and all of my friends.

I was a regular at this clinic when I first moved to Melbourne and was really thankful for the treatment I received at that time. There is a high turn over of doctors and today the doctor I saw today had no regards for my personal situation before giving me a script with a dosage three times lower than what I would typical take which the next door pharmacy simply couldnt fill due to its unavailability. As someone showing high distress and obvious elevated levels of anxiety I am disappointed and upset with my service. I would no longer recommend this clinic for people suffering mental health issues as I have done in the past 3 years.

If I could give a lower rate for this place I will. Is the worst medical centre I’ve ever been to. Really poor customer service I get the counter + phone. No updates on test results and really inaccurate action in regards to the solutions given for the problem.

Good service. Doctor was professional and got what I needed to do quickly. Now they've changed to private billing so not more bulk bills, be aware.

Unfriendly, unhelpful receptionist, charged us after hours fee when we arrived before the cutoff time, and assumed we were going to run off without paying when we were in fact going to purchase the prescribed shot which the doctor requested. Doctor was also dismissive and not very caring about my girlfriend's dog bite. Fees and cost of shot were much higher than Vita Medical Center on Elizabeth, which has much friendlier and caring personnel.
