Very terrible. And because I missed the best opportunity to use the most proper way to deal with my wound, my wound is much more serious now and I am so upset. Moreover, with  poor medicinal professional knowledge, with no enough suitable and effective treatment, during the four weeks’ period, one time they only cast a glimpse to my would and then ask for the consultant ion fees. I want to know I consult about what?? Only desire for money? So terrible my would and I really bear
 abhorant mood towards this experience.  You will see nothing to do with brillance, professionals and responsibility from them.

I didn't book an appointment, but thankfully when I arrived there was a slot open, so I thought all would be well. The doctor came to get me, I sat down and then she got a call saying her other patient had arrived. She asked me to leave her office so she could talk to the other patient first. Then when I was finally able to go into the office for my appointment, she acted very rushed and rude. I told her about one of the problems I came in for (which she dismissed) and then she went on a rant about me needing to get a test done, which my other doctor said was not necessary. She was very condescending throughout the appointment. After she finished, she didn't ask me if I had any more problems, but instead walked me out of the room and delivered me to Melbourne pathology to get the test done. I've given them a 2 because I like some of the other doctors here, but just be careful with who you book an appointment with, the doctor's vary a lot.

I went to this clinic twice. The first time it took me so long to get my results and no one was helping at that clinic. The time you went out of doc's office, no one will serve you. The medicine doc gave me was too much, I only ate one of them and I got better. 
The most important part is this: I felt very terrible for the second time. I was in pain and I went to there, paying about 45$ (can't remember) to see the doc. However, the doc is terrible!!!rude!!! Maybe I could say he was  stereotyping. I dont want to describe more. Then, he just listened to me then said there is nothing we can do. Then he didn't say anything which meant I could leave!?
I don't understand! Really. Lets say we don't mention his stereotype. I paid 45$ to see him and it only took under 1 min! Is 45$ only worth 1 min of him? And he didn't slove my problem at all

first time here, the reception services was so horrible, waiting 30 mims for doctor and everyone who comes after me all of them already been called and I was still waiting. 
btw doctor is kind and helpful 
pay 40$ for 10 mins consultation and have to pay again 40$ only for listening the results of my blood test... 
even if you hold student insurance (OSHC of Allianz ) you will still need to pay... 
this is the first time I have to pay the gap.. normally I dont have to pay anything. not suitable for international student at all.

Had my first visit to Melbourne which is a lovely city. Caught a cold and fever on the 3rd day. Was looking for a doctor in the CBD and found that many clinics were booked out. Medical One QV was really accommodating and when I explained my case, they book me in a time slot right away.  The front desk and doctor was really friendly and nice. Yes the price was abit on the high end but the service and ability to accommodate me last minute was well worth it.
