Bought some nice stuff at good price. There is a customer car parking with lift access to both floors. PLENTY of items I could spend whole day checking things out. A few staffs on floor, readily approachable and helpful. They have shopping trolleys and baskets to suit everyone's needs. There is a toilet for customers
The two star aren’t for the store, it’s for the security guy on the weekend, his beyond rude and arrogant, he acts like his some sort of god, like buddy your a security guard in a retailer, be nicer to people. Besides that, Victoria basement store is great, has a massive range. Back to the security guard imagine being this guy family and having to put up with is arrogances all the time. feel bad for them
Good homewares shop with a really good, relatively new?, good selection of herbs and spices and jars. Service is always a bit sketchy but worth it!
The shop is well organized. You could find almost all the cookers you need in your kitchen. Need a bigger car park though.
The Manager of the Artamon store is an absolute child, he is extremely rude and treated us in a manner which does not represent the company brand in a positive light at all. He needs retraining on how to treat customers.
Very professional staff. They figured out small chip on the wine glass which I forgot to check because of being in rush. Although it was time to close the store, they stayed extra just for us. They worked very hard to make sure all the glasses were perfectly fine. Really liked the service provided. I would highly recommend this store. It was our first visit and would definitely visit them in future. Keep it up ! : :
Always like coming here, lots to choose from. They also now carry ethnic food goods like pickles etc which is great.
Good stuff but the customer service is under expectation. Employees are not engaged and seem don’t care much about their customers
Lots and lots of kitchen tools, with different brands to choose from, Dreamland if you like cooking
Awesome selection ... picked up some great and well priced Christmas decorations
