Huge place with large selection of kitchenware. Also some food and a newly opened upstairs section that has a large section of canning supplies.
1. It seems that things were priced up before it was given a massive discount.n2. The staff was aggressive, and extremely rude.n3. The female store manager is incapable, rude and racist in my opinion.n4. Ladders were everywhere, no to mention the safety hazard that it would caused to customers, which we brought this to the attention of the staff which ignored and gone aggressive, then later to the old female manager with good intention, and of course it was ignored again. Things like these generally get ignored until someone get injured.nnLook, I have been your customer for over 20 years? maybe more, the first purchase was made at the basement of QVB. I had great impression of the company, until in recent years, and ofcourse was disappointed by the Management of your staff at Atarmon. I Hope the management of VB can take a look at this, I have more video, including the conversation we had with the manager at the time.nnDisappointing.
Fabulous place for it's purpose; such a fantastic variety of kitchen equipment. I love fossicking around the shop.

Very professional staff. They figured out small chip on the wine glass which I forgot to check because of being in rush. Although it was time to close the store, they stayed extra just for us. They worked very hard to make sure all the glasses were perfectly fine.nReally liked the service provided. I would highly recommend this store. It was our first visit and would definitely visit them in future.nKeep it up ! : :
