The BEST experience in Paris. Lucie & Lilia made us feel welcoming to Paris and their service was absolute amazing. The whole store staffs and director was friendly and professional. Also I would like to thank you for the advise about the necklace. I am fully in Love with it. Strongly recommend their store.
Beautiful store. Staff so friendly and courteous. The young lady who served me said she had only been working there for 3 days but she was wonderful and spoke exceptional English. She told me she had just finished her languages degree at Sorbonne University so no wonder her language skills were exemplary.. I should have asked for her name to praise her! I would definitely go back and recommend Montaigne Versace to anybody.
A big shout out with many thanks to Lilia and Lucie for their outstanding services! They both were very professional, helpful and given us the most memorable experience for being our first time in Versace Paris for our honeymoon. Strongly recommend everyone to Visit and shop like crazy in here with full of love. Definitely we will be back here when we are back to Paris.

We came to buy shoes, consultant sad the price of shoes we like is half because of sale. I said I will pay by card and they didnt tell me price. When i used paypass i saw on my phone full price. So they tell me it was mistake and price is with out sale. And they didnt try to resolve situation. Like we bought and thats all.... its not about money. I look on this situation like they fooled us.
Everytime we go there we are wonderfully helped by the super nice staff working there.
Worst experience in a luxury store in my life, I arrived at the store and waited for 10 minutes for someone to even look at me, I knew what I wanted to buy, I just needed help with the size. After I went to the 3rd salespeople she told me she would help me, I waited for 20 minutes with no sign of the girl or other salesperson to help me, and the girl came and was oh I forgot you where here. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me she was not there. Told them I waited 30 minutes in a store for nothing, worst service ever, left the store without buying obviously
Very poor service - staff told me we don't have anything for you. I always get served so nicely in the London Bond Street store - these lot are rude and haven't got a clue. Enjoy the nice empty store - work shy staff and lazy!
They have majority of what's available from what showed in mens/womens Ready-to-Wear runway collection and the website. However, there are some products i.e. leather goods that are only available in their store; partly buyers, so shoppers feel like you're getting something special. Most of the items are presented on the floor, but its not everything they have. Especially, if you are there during Haute Couture week; they move a lot of products away. So, you can ask if there's more items; you have an idea of what you're looking for in your size. Also, usually when you decided on a product they'll turn around and say they will get you a new one. Which is amazing customer service. Reminder, you'll need your physical passport pour détaxe.
