our furniture is simple, sustainable and built to last by combining the resources of sustainably grown solid australian hardwoods with skilled timber craftsmanship. we collaborate with over 70 makers working in a variety of mediums.

Story

natural fibres, handcrafting, sustainability, integrity and style are all featured at planet. our belief is that by attempting to make sense at all times we can help to focus on beauty, as well as being responsible with our environment.
natural fibres age beautifully and have inherent characteristics that make for superior useability and longevity and uniqueness to an end product. there is a history in the material that gives an object life beyond the obvious and this adds meaning.
style has timelessness at its heart. we believe that an object can be original and that creativity does exist, is real and exciting!!!!

Incredible store that supplies and supports many local Australian artists!  Very impressed with the attentive and knowledgeable customer service.  Would highly recommend.

I love going into Planet because there are amazing things and the staff are fantastic, knowledgeable and provide excellent service. In particular, the ceramics are beautiful and unique.

I would recommend NOT to visit this store if you have a self respect. 

I visited this store last month because it looked amazing from the outside. As soon as you enter, you are in a heaven! It smells amazing. Their product range is great. But once you start talking to their sales team, you just fall from heaven to hell. They are rude and have no idea about the customer service. 

They think they are very up market store but their attitude is third class. I would like to mention about Ross, who is the store owner, he is the most rude person you will ever come across. He is arrogant, rude bastard! He thinks ordinary people can not afford his stuff so he wouldn't pay attention or answer any queries. 

I am not visiting this store ever.
