The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced, denying me my statutory rights to exchange an item for my home.

Worst experience ever… Paid for a furniture which I was told i will receive in one week. Weeks later I’m still waiting. I have to call to follow up! The store promised to call me this week Monday .. it’s end of the week no call!! so much for promising that “yes you will get it in one week” & that someone from the store will call!!

The staff have the biggest attitude and the worst customer service. I waited 20mims for a pot I wanted to buy that she went looking for and couldn’t find and then refused to sell me the display one. Very disappointed Papaya crew
