Beautiful accessories. Terrible and non-existent customer service. Customers are treated like the staff is doing them a favour selling their products. Very disappointing experience not only for me but a number of my friends and neighbours. You can do better Papaya! Especially when we believe in and asked to support a local business.

This shop sells some beautiful home and garden furniture and accessories. The colours are -almost exclusively very zen like, grey, charcoal, beige, white, cream, black, and I find them very calm-inducing. The shop is well laid out, and nice to wander around. The garden at the back check out the fish in the pond, is particularly charming - no sound at all from the front which is on Military Road. I also have found that the lovely ladies in the shop are very helpful, and are there when you need them - but let you wander around if that is the preference. I have bought some pots, and am sure that I will be back here again. Highly recommended. The photo is our happy dog sitting on a Papaya cushion!

Extremely disappointed with Papaya. Attended their warehouse sale today only to discover when I unboxed a number of still very expensive items I purchased when I got home that the goods were completely smashed inside their sealed boxes and the whole purchase price had gone down the drain as Papaya's response when I contacted them was "Sorry, no refunds or exchanges" What sort of company willingly profits from extorting unsuspecting customers.

Love this shop. Great place to find gifts. Always helpful and nice service.
