Very disappointed tried to keep it local only to be stuffed around and lied to for over 5 weeks , would definitely go to a more established well known panel beater in the future

This must be the best smash repairer in QLD. I took my 2 year old camry there after it was rear-ended, and the work they did was flawless, and the service was unbelievably good!! I noticed the panel gap was slightly out on one side of the boot (I'm pretty picky) and without a flinch Ken said "you're right, give me one second" and backed it into the shop and fixed it in a minute. He then apologised he didn't pick it up as he inspects every car before it leaves!!! And to add to the stellar service, they detailed my car!! I have 2 x 1 year olds who destroy the back of that car, and it was returend to me spotless!! Can't say enough good things about this business. They even offered to drive one of my cars home so I could get them both back without taking a taxi. If I ever move from the Redlands and need a smash repairer, I'll be returning just to see Ken and his staff! 5 stars is not enough!!
