Great service here - Shirley is a straight talker and will genuinely try to match you with the right stuff (ie she'll let you know pros and cons of everything, not just sales pitch) - Spence takes great care in what he does and explaining things to you. Can't go wrong.

An excellent experience to shop here for a new bike, upgrade, or just ask advice. I recently have purchased two bikes new from the owners Spence & Shirley. My most recent purchase, a Giant Talon 27.5" MTB, has been skillfully upgraded by Spence (a rather clever engineer & master mechanic) from a basic Shimano 24-speed MTB into a 33-speed (11x3 speed) Road Bike using a Ultegra R8000 cassette & derailleur - with flat-bar shifter). The end result; "A great hybrid Road and Mountain Bike with smooth gear ratios for all types of terrain, cruising (road), or enjoying the bush tracks and hills." Beats having a car! I simply love these guys, they are absolutely great on prices (parts & services), and have the knowledge to advise and the skill to make things work right! A highly recommended team. A good place to buy those special tires, or custom accessories. Offer good advice on many places to ride and enjoy our local areas, hillsides and coast. ****** (six stars) Peter
