I took my bike in for a service as the gears were skipping. After taking it for a ride it was clearly apparent that they had not fixed the issue. Called them and they said, "bring it back and we can take a look at that for you", how about you " take a look' the first time I brought it in, waste of time and money. Wont be going back.
Honest and reliable. Great friendly welcome, even for newbies like me. After a service my bike is like new again.
Poor service, rude people. Took a product back that broke on first use. Rude service man didn't care about the warranty, eventually he said "I can contact the manufacturer for you like he was doing me a favour, never heard from him again". Just be wary that if you buy anything from these guys, they will not back up any form of warranty
