Went to look for tarps on 22nd June 2024 a staff member was initially helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Wasn't what I was looking for but kept browsing and realized I was being stalked by said staff member making me really uncomfortable. I found my friend and we decided to look at some clothes and when I looked up I realized we were surrounded by 5 staff members glaring at us literally 2 feet away from us. I looked up and asked o e of them if I could help them and why do I feel like I am being herded into a corner for just browsing. My shopping experience went from a 8/10 to a 1/10 and feel like we were made to feel like we were criminals. I am a member but after yesterday I will never enter an anaconda store ever again and I will tell anyone who will listen.nI believe we were racially targeted as every other shopper were left to brows at there leisure.i will be returning my purchased items and will never spend my money there again. Manager and General managers of Anaconda Noarlunga you should be ashamed to have staff working for you who treat customers like criminals
Big shout out to anaconda staff Celeste in the shoe department served me with the best shoes suited to me I found the staff to be very helpful in all areas shop there quite regularlynnAlex in the torch department showed me the full range of torches and hooked me up with the torch best suited to menWas a 20 minute exercisenI found him to be very patient with me which I much appreciatednWell done Alex
Bad customer service, every single time.nRefund policy is a nightmare, maybe if product quality wasn’t so poor there would be no need for refunds.nAlso to have management handle the situation poorly and it’s a massive conflict when staff members are married or have relations with each other. My partner was threatened by a staff member.
Honestly THE WORST camping store I have ever shopped with. The many products I have bought here are always faulty or missing parts and the customer service here is appalling, I have never experienced ruder people in my life, specifically Dave and his wife Karen who also happens to work at the same store? which in my experience is a massive conflict and problem when shopping with them as they both sit there saying rude things about you if you even try to utter the word refund. I felt very uncomfortable and don't advise anyone to shop here, save yourself the headache and faulty products.nHORRIBLE STORE.
Staff all too busy packing up for the day at 4:30 pm. Stood at fishing section waiting to buy a reel for 40 mins without help and ended up asking someone who answered one question, walking off without asking if I needed any more help. No offer to open reel cabinet ect.
