A great store to get spare parts for your bicycle. On the occasions I have visited the store, the staff have been attentive and happy to help. Be patient though, they can get busy especially on weekends. It is worth a short wait to get served. I recently asked for some basic bells for my grandkid’s bikes and they were generously provided!
We visited this store to buy a bicycle, and the service was beyond exceptional. The gentleman who assisted us was incredibly kind and attentive, especially to our children. Our second child has developmental delays, which can sometimes lead to challenges or upset moments, but the staff member handled everything with such sensitivity and understanding. He made sure to explain things clearly and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for everyone. It was truly heartwarming to see how much care and effort he put into making our visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store for their outstanding service!
I contacted 99 Bikes Marion to get information on a folding bike.nJames was so helpful, professional and a pleasure to speak to. I received all the information I required and have a placed an order for a bike.nHe is definitely an asset to the business.
I rang and waited on hold for a substantial time to horrible music. When finally answered I was told to book on line, then the service wasn't listed but booked one listed. Dropped bike off at 9am but told I'd get a text when ready, NO indication how long that would be one day or three! Still hadn't heard anything, by the end of the day so called into the store to find out it hadn't been completed. Got a text and email telling me complete at 1158 & 1113 the following day. Got there to collect the bike and had to I'd that the work I was billed for was not completed. I returned a half hour later given bike and told it would cost extra for the parts included on one invoice and not the other but both claimed I didn't owe anything. Told that's a system error. I paid and left Not happy. Love my bike but service is inconsistent across staff, correspondence confusing and misleading, poor communication.
Specifically servicingnDo not get your bike serviced here.nThe front staff are perfectly lovely, the stock they hold is sound quality.nnBut the servicing is a black hole money trap with no chance of recovering wasted money.
