He helped my friend and I try a variety of e-bikes, and I purchased my e-bike reassured that I made a good purchase.nnI did have to get my bike delivered, but I reckon even the delivery was good value. I just want to express how grateful I am to all the team at this store. They helped me choose the absolute right kind of bike for my autistic son, and also helped me with repairs no matter how big or small. Staff are always obliging and are kind people. James provided great advice and compared pros and cons of bikes in my price range. Settled on a great bike at a fair price which James prepared and helped me load into the car. The only disappointment was my preferred helmet which needed to be ordered in. Thank you.
Popped in on a Saturday, friendly guy at the counter was being friendly to a man and and gave his young son a little allen kit multi tool.nnAfter some failed attempts with bleeding my mtb brakes myself, the guy in the service area helped me out with some extra fluid to finish it. Good customer service, helpful and approachable = me coming back. Honestly, I probably waste their time occasionally with too much talking and not enough buying, but I won’t hesitate to buy from them instead of online because of that.
