nnI had a great experience at **VicRoads Morwell** today! I went in to register my car, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. The place was not too busy, which helped speed up the process, and I was able to get everything done much faster than expected. It made my day a lot easier, and I really appreciate their excellent service. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Great service, dye & Judy help me with registration. I did not have an appointment, however, dye did not turn me around & she made it happen.nThanks
Very bad attitude staff members. Just because you staff members are having a bad day, don't take it out on everyone. Place needs an overhaul with new fresh faces that actually care, no likes to be bullied and belittling people.
The staff at this so called facility are rude, unkind and lifeless. On driving tests they aim to fool young drivers into failure, with signs hidden by trees and rude, intimidating and cruel behavior's towards nervous new drivers. They lie about appointments being unavailable and the facility itself is rundown, dark and dirty. I took my daughter to Warragul and they were professional, understanding and kind, no intimidation and no tricks to encourage failure. DONT GO THERE! NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!
Avoid at all costs, Had a friend do her driving test here. and was met by staff that was rude and unprofessional scoffed if you did anything wrong at all didn't pay attention properly to when you're doing head checks and slammed our car door when she exited the vehicle. overall and terrible experience go to Warringal or Sale if you can.
