We attended the Morwell Post Office today 28/4/2025, to encounter the rudest customer service person that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in this Post Office. The ladies that used to work in this Post Office were always helpful and friendly. Not this person, she made you feel very belittled and we wanted to run out of there. She spoke down to us, we were asking for forms, which I know were available there, but she refused to help.
The way my partner and i were talked to was so poor. She made us feel belittled and so disrespected. Extremely poor customer service. so disappointing.
My wife and I have used this service for many years. The staff member, today 9/7/24, has the worst attitude, and doesn’t want to be there obviously by her demeanour.
