May as well lie about job history and things. You’ll get your money quick and not get stuffed around. Injured my leg, probably out of work for a year till I can walk. They send me on a goose chase for information, gathered it all and wasn’t enough
Due to an oversight, which I admit was my fault, my wife and I had sort out a huge amount of complicated pension details. Lucky for us, we had Robyn helping us. Robyn was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and extremely patient with us. Robyn helped us, without complaint, for a couple of hours, until she had untangled the mess.nMy wife and I are extremely impressed and grateful to Robyn, and Centrelink Morwell, for being so nice to a couple of oldies.nWhile we were there, we witnessed a number of customers losing their cool, barely containing their anger and frustration, yet every staff member who dealt with them, was simply lovely.nAmazing!!
I primarily rely on Centrelink Online Services. However, the time I did visit recently was most joyous and efficient. Thank you Services Australia. You promoted within me abundant joy resonances as a result for the following 3 weeks.

The staff were most unfriendly and unwilling to help. The waiting area chairs stank of stale urine. I was only trying to get a medical certificate uploaded. The place was empty of other customers/clients and I watched 4 staff just chatting and laughing while doing no work whatsoever. Disgusted
