Shout out to Jason and conductor Tracey for retrieving my phone! Slept pretty much the whole trip back from the city and had my phone in my lap…. Stood up to get my luggage and made sure my mother and daughter had theirs and left my phone behind. Thank you Jason!!!
Nice to see such neat and clean railway station, full of flowers, though very few trains, never seen more people at station
Have used v line, some stations have been upgraded which is good, trains are kept fairly clean. On a negative some of the train clientele are down right rude. Why sit in the quiet carriage and be loud & feral? ‍ Back to the car I think.
Coaches running instead of vline trains. Coaches take longer. And the PT app had the wrong departure times scheduled, which was disappointing and caused a 40 minute wait that we were not prepared for. Other than that, service was acceptable.
Because of the roadworks, I was unable to get to the otherside through the tunnel and was unable to get to the bud depo. Was told thatto either walk around or wait for the shuttle bus, which no one gave me directions as to how to get around. I had to wait half an hour for the next bus.
