I would like to thank Kelly my driving tester for her professionalism and the calm, respectful manner in which she conducted my driving test. Her clear communication and friendly approach helped put me at ease and allowed me to focus on driving with confidence. I truly appreciate how patient and reassuring she was throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive.
We visited Kyneton first time for our drive test and we can’t be happier with the test and the staff. The VicRoad staff was amazing and they really helped us with whatever they can.nThey made us feel so comfortable and relaxed before the test and even after the test the conversation was so polite.nLike the way they had smile on their faces and they were trying their best.nBest wishes to the small team and I wish them success.
I went there on the 17th September in the afternoon to renew the registration of my Holden commodore Ute. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. It was a positive experience for me. Thank you to that lady.
The girl in Vic Roads Kyneton who was at the desk today was so busy-but she just took her time and was so kind and helpful with handing in my plates and with everyone else.nExcellent service!
customer service centre kyneton appalled absolutely appalled. the website is confusing and completely unhelpful aswell as some of the staff such as Lindsey and Rebecca. I went to book my Ps test and put in times and dates how ever with exiting the session and later trying to access another session I was told that I had already booked an appointment with my license number. I was confused however I was deceived into thinking I had booked my test for my birthday. with that being said I later went to access my appointments and low and behold i had none. I was furious, disheartened, puzzled and overall depressed at the fact that I would not be able to take my test on my birthday. I later called the kyneton vic roads centre to which they were no help and were passive aggressive claiming it was my fault. I now sit here writing this review waiting well over 2 weeks to sit my Ps test. Wish me luck.
