I have had very good experience dealing with the council. The planners are very responsive and stick to the timeline they promise. They had staffing issues during covid like every other organisation and yet were able to churn things through reasonably quickly. Very happy with the council, thanks for your service.

I’ve always found MASC to be responsive, helpful, professional and inclusive. I think we’re lucky to have a council that functions pretty well and isn’t evidently riddled by corruption. All in all, five stars.

Fantastic visit here after  I've  found the Ballarat Gov Hub closed every time I've been in. Quick and easy to get my licence photo taken, and very friendly staff.

As a Cancer sufferer,  I was very hurt to be told by the Engineering Manager to "Stop Whinging ".Not great Customer Service.  We pay some of HIGHEST rates in the State and get phuck all for it.  No Hard Rubbish or Green Waste collections to help residents. Have reported them to the EPA for allowing Illegal Green Waste Dumping in our creek. Live elsewhere peeps.

Easy to get to staff was friendly

Worst vic roads ever, slow and disrespectful, seriously disappointed.
