Taking leave was difficult, renting a car was a hassle, and I had to drive four hours by myself. For two weeks, I couldn’t successfully book an appointment online, and every time I called, different customer service representatives gave me conflicting answers, making the whole process even more frustrating.nnAfter being referred by customer service, I arrived in Echuca and met Kasey. His warm smile was reassuring, and his patience and kindness made all the difference. Incredibly, the entire process was completed in just 10 minutes! At that moment, all my exhaustion melted away, replaced by gratitude and relief. If you ever have the chance to meet him, you’ll surely be touched by his professionalism and heartfelt service.nnVIC city is really too busy, and it takes a month to make an appointment. If you really need it, it is recommended to go to a remote area
As an instructor I have always found the Echuca Licensing testing officers to be wonderfully respectful, patiently polite and encouraging with all of my clients during drive tests.nnThis week I had an extremely nervous and anxious learner break down and cry during the drive test.nnKylie could see the learner was starting to have a panic attack so she suggested the learner check for traffic to stand outside the car to gather her emotions enough to continue.nnThe gentle and caring way Kylie gave my client time to compose herself was to be commended.nnThis understanding attitude from the testing .officer was all that was needed to assist the learner to complete the tasks needed to succeed in passing the drive test.nnEchuca Vic Roads has great testing officers.
Had a couple of friendly helpful staff that I appreciated but one wasn’t helpful or friendly at all and when I stood there she just went on talking and then said you need to get a ticket and that was it when I said oh ok thank you she just went on talking
