Recently had my NSW licence transferred to Vic, and got my car rego'd.  Twice dealt with Ian who was really knowledgeable and patient. Great service.

terrible experience from Wayne In Echuca. firstly,  I walked in through the front door for my new registration appointment, and i was rudely met by Wayne. He clicked his fingers, multiple times in my direction and yelled " oii" over here" then snatched the paperwork and proceeded with my appointment. I then went to put my credit card on top of the machine for payment, and he took it back and said " dont touch it, ill give it to you" when im ready....  His whole demeanor and attitude was appalling.  He's the type of person that vicroads should be stamping out moving forward. if one of my staff behaved in this manner to any of my customers, id pull them aside as this poor service conduct would not be tolerated - and i'd consider moving them on.  if I could give this less than 1 star, I would.

A lady examiner was so so so bad attitude, no smile at all, not recommended, for sure no, won't go there anymore, rather to drive far to Melbourne not here in Echuca Vicroad. Totally no .

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Never have to wait for a long time for service.
