Visited Echuca Centrelink without having made an appointment. Both my husband and I were seen immediately, and our problem solved on the spot, with courtesy and a smile. Thankyou, thankyou Bianca.

We went to Centrelink Echuca yesterday and walked away completely satisfied with the service we got from a lovely lady called Bianca. We had a couple of failures at earlier visits both at Echuca and Bendigo, but yesterday was exceptional. Thank you Bianca.

Failed to give actual details about their claims and refers to just saying "Go online and read it yourself" just to get you out the door. This lead to a failed claim due to not informing me of the use of submitting documents held by Centerlink and online which isn't referenced or easy to find

I looked up Centrelink Echuca for opening hours between xmas and new year. Wednesday 28th Dec it said open today 8:30am - 4:30 pm. So i drove half an hour to hand in a document only to find a notice on the door saying the office was closed. Very poor service.

i wanted my $1 for my daily frozen coke at maccas but they only gave me 99 cents pissssss
