Went there to get a breath test to check my blood alcohol level at that point in time to ensure I'm ok for the drive back to Melbourne after drinking the day before... I was told to go to the pub!!! Thank god I'm not an alcoholic and for me a trip to the pub will not result in more drinking but referring someone to the pub for breath test seems the least responsible thing!!?!!??!?!! Drivers are FORCED to take random tests on the road, officers stand in the rain, snow and baking hot and freezing cold to test people but if you walk in and ask for it voluntarily at the station it's forbidden. I guess the thrill of the hunt is not there...

Went today lost my credit card .a great person found it and handed it in thank you who ever you are not contact information left the young police woman was very efficient and polite to deal with..and handed my card after a few checks back..thank you Echuca police for your service..

I have to say I am a law abiding person, but do not like authority much, If you watch Woody Allen Movies you'll know what I mean? However all of the police in Echuca who have dealt with me have been good, several very good. Senior officer Chris Goyne has been exemplary, so human, communicative & helpful, far above & beyond his duty. I am almost brought to tears with his humanity, conviction & willingness to go beyond his remit, His service to me was outstanding. This Guy needs a pay rise &/or promotion!! Thank you Echuca Police
