Lovely restaurant! Great customer service and food portions were perfect for me and my family. The flavor was on point, not too salty, not too sweet. In the display section, there is many deserts available
I’m glad they’ve reopened, however food pricing is a bit on the pricey side. This spinach ricotta roll which was listed as spinach ricotta “pie” on their menu was $7.50 takeaway. Even for dine in $7.50 is a bit much. They also have an ordering system on the My WorkLife app which doesn’t work so we were waiting for quite a while until we asked one of the staff and she told us just to order with her. Not a great way to attract customers when they’ve just reopened.
If I could give this place minus stars I would. I just had a coffee and muffin at your restaurant, during the last few bites noticed mild on the muffin informed the staff and nothing was done. Not only when I left did I pay for this $14 for a moldy stale cold muffin - even more of a rip off, no apology was even given. Terrible service and food will not be back!!!! Additionally both the email and online form to contact the restaurant do not work.
I got charged $13.5 for chocolate croissant to eat in which was nothing special. I asked about my bill and why so expensive and they didn’t explain but just reluctantly proposing the receipt with silence. Price are not clearly displayed for the pastries and this is such a rip off!! Terrible customer service and food has no value for money at all. Only positive is the location that saved one star for themI would give them negative if I could
It's going to be a no from me. Would never spend my money here again. The youth that work here don't seem to know what they are doing. One of the waiters walked past me and brushed his elbow through my hair. Another kept on leaning over me and putting his hands, chest and other people's food about a cm away from my face. I asked him politely once if he could back up, and he did it again. Decided to splash out on a cocktail, which was 17 dollars and served in a table glass, I don't even think it was alcoholic despite being chosen from the alcoholic cocktail list. The children's meal were brought out scalding hot and the adult meals cold. I ordered a omelette and gluten free toast, the toast wasn't toasted and the omelette, despite having nice flavour, was dry, crispy and thin. We had to ask for water twice, to which we were told that the cups and water bottle were too hot? Anyway, 150 dollars later, save your money and time and go elsewhere.
Calm place in a nice area. Decent food, however a little expensive. Ordered the fried tempura and noticed the fish had a weird smell not sure if that's normal. The pressed apple juice was nice!
I was with my two boys today visiting Sydney. I have to admit we had nice quality time at Vesta. My son have drop his fruit cup on the ground and they offered him replacement without charging us. That’s what I call great customer service. Big Thank you to the lady whom helped us.
Rubbish service. Initially I was told by 2 staff that takeaway was fine. I paid for 2 takeaway pastas. Upon returning to my unit I reaslised I was only given one. I returned to Vesta and they said they don't offer takeaways on public holidays. They offered to refund me for one pasta, but couldn't care less about the inconsistent messaging from their staff, and for charging for more than what they delivered.
$14 for a cinnamon bun if you sit down vs $7 takeaway. Ridiculous, wasn’t even fresh and no prices were advertised. The waitress was rude and doesn’t care about service. Avoid this place and go elsewhere where food and prices are more reasonable.
I used to visit Vesta before the renovation regularly and enjoyed my experiences. However, I was disappointed with my recent visit after the renovation. I found that the prices have gone up significantly, with a $9 charge for a lactose-free milk Chai Latte being one example. While I understand that renovation can come with additional costs, the increase in prices seems excessive. It makes it difficult to continue to patronize your business. I hope that you will consider adjusting your prices to make your drinks more accessible and affordable for a wider range of customers. I appreciate the effort put into the renovation and updating the space, but I believe that it is equally important to maintain fair prices and provide value to your customers.
